This 6 week program is designed for people to drop body fat rapidly though full body HIIT workouts . This is an accelerated weight loss program for intermediate to advance weight lifters. This program uses a lot of kettlebell strength movements in a HIIT format to maximize calories burned while preserving, and in some cases, improve muscle size during the weight loss process. Each week has 3 strength workouts, 2 optional cardio workouts, a one optional yoga routine to follow at the end of the week.
