This FREE Program is for anyone trying the gym for the first time! This program is designed to do two things for you

  1. Get you familiar with different equipment in the gym

  2. To get used to showing up to the gym to build a routine. These are the two things to help anyone get results!

1st Time in the Gym

This program is an introduction to using bands for beginners. This schedule is a 3 days per week routine on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. It consists of Upper Body day workouts followed by Lower Body day workouts and alternating durin the 3 days per week schedule. There is an included 20-minute core circuit for Saturdays, for those who want a little bit of extra work.

No gym? No problem! Get started with a "stay fit at home" workout and maintain or gain some strength work on cardiovascular fitness with this bodyweight-only program.
