This year long program is designed with non traditional bodybuilding techniques. This program helps create a solid foundation not only for building muscle but help develop raw strength and power that will help you break through any potential plateau in your training. You will have 4 strength workouts and 2 cardio workouts per week with built in body measurements to record your progress.

This year long program is designed to give you a 4 day split that gives you 2 upper and lower body strength workouts per week. This program is geared more toward intermediate lifters or individuals who has at least a year of weight lifting experience.
